HB 550/FN (BR 1516) - L. Clark, J. Jenkins, E. Jordan, S. Riggs

     AN ACT relating to the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses and declaring an emergency.
     Amend KRS 243.030 and 243.040 to increase various alcoholic beverage license fees; maintain current cap for city and county license fees; permit Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to promulgate administrative regulations establishing staggered collections; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 243 to conform.
