AN ACT relating to the issuance of alcoholic beverage licenses and declaring an emergency.
Amend KRS 243.030 and 243.040 to increase various alcoholic beverage license fees; maintain current cap for city and county license fees; permit Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control to promulgate administrative regulations establishing staggered collections; amend various sections of KRS Chapter 243 to conform.

HCA (2, L. Clark) - Change blender's license fee from $1,000 to $2,500; change brewer's license fee from $500 to $2,500.
