AN ACT relating to safety inspections.
     Amend KRS 281.011, relating to definitions governing motor carriers, to define "fire apparatus"; create a new section of KRS Chapter 281, governing motor carriers, to require all fire departments to have an annual safety inspection conducted on their fire trucks; require the Department of Vehicle Regulation to conduct the safety inspection; permit the department to charge a fee not to exceed $5 per vehicle inspected; amend KRS 281.752 to conform.
