AN ACT relating to child care grants for businesses and making an appropriation thereof.
Create new sections of KRS Chapter 199 to establish The Kentucky Child Care Matching Grant Program, and to define qualifications for participation in the program; provide for an appropriation of $750,000 in fiscal year 1998-99 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 1999-00.
