AN ACT relating to corrections employees.
     Create a new section of KRS 18A to require the Department of Personnel to develop a new career ladder for all Department of Corrections hazardous duty employees which work in an adult institution; the ladder shall provide increments to those employees which reach benchmarks of five, 10, and 15 years of service.
