AN ACT relating to agriculture and making an appropriation therefor.
     Create the Kentucky Farm Winery Finance Corporation; create the office of state viticulturist; create the Kentucky Farm Winery Finance Corporation Board of Directors; create the Kentucky Farm Winery Corporation loan program; amend KRS 246.030 to include the Kentucky Farm Winery Finance Corporation in the Department of Agriculture; appropriate $250,000 per annum of the budgetary biennium.
