AN ACT relating to industrial development.
     Require that every county have an industrial development authority and an industrial development site; require the Cabinet for Economic Development to determine the number of counties currently without an industrial development authority and report to the Interim Joint Committee on Economic Development and Tourism by January 1, 1999.
