SB 431/FN/AA (BR 1532) - V. McGaha
AN ACT relating to retirement.
Amend KRS 161.520 to provide that a child's survivor benefit be the greater amount of a statutorially specified amount or the amount derived by using the formula used in the Social Security law to determine the amount of benefit.
SB 431 - AMENDMENTS
SCA (1/FN/AA, V. McGaha) - Provide a child survivor monthly benefit of $400 for one child, $600 for two children, $700 for three children, and $800 for four or more children rather than an amount tied to a Social Security index.
