Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 533.270 to define terms; amend KRS 533.274 to remove a misdemeanor as a disqualifying offense; require an assessment of a homeless defendant for a behavioral health disorder and establish preference for participation in the program if an eligible defendant; amend KRS 533.286 to remove the requirement that the initial vocational screening be conducted in person.
