Summary of Original Version	Create a new section of KRS 381.785 to 381.801 to define "Betsy Ross Flag"; prohibit a planned community association from preventing a home owner from placing a flag pole displaying any version of the American flag, historic versions of the American Flag including the Betsy Ross Flag, or the Kentucky state flag on private property; amend KRS 381.990 to establish a penalty.
