Summary of Original Version	Amend KRS 281.605 to exempt motor vehicles used in the transportation of persons 60 years of age or older or persons who are visually impaired from the provisions of KRS Chapter 281 relating to the regulation of motor carriers; require the motor vehicles being used to be owned by or operated on behalf of a nonprofit organization exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code; establish insurance requirement for the motor vehicles.
