| Summary of Original Version | Create new sections of KRS Chapter 335B to require a state agency, board, or commission that issues a license, credential, or permit that is a prerequisite to a person engaging in an occupation or business to refuse to issue or suspend the license, credential, or permit of a person who hires an unauthorized alien; require that the license be denied or suspended six months for each unauthorized alien employed; require the Department of Labor to promulgate regulations to provide for the uniform enforcement of this Act. |
