Summary	Delete provisions of bill and amend KRS 75.020 to provide that if a Chapter 75 fire district is expanding its territory into a Chapter 273 fire department's that an agreement must be entered into between the two, notice must be sent to the county judge/executive, and two newspaper advertisements must be made, the last no later than 7 days before the date fixed in the notice to expand the territory.
