Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 321.181 to amend the definition of "indirect supervision"; amend KRS 321.200 to allow persons authorized by owners of animals to treat the owner's animals, including administering drugs, castrating, and dehorning; amend KRS 321.443 to allow veterinary assistants to only work under the direct supervision of a veterinarian.
