Summary of Original Version Propose to amend Section 145 of the Constitution of Kentucky relating to persons entitled to vote, to permit a person convicted of a felony, except felonious sex offenders and felons convicted of violent crimes, to vote after the person has served the sentence for the offense, lived three consecutive years without re-offending, and performed 100 hours of community service; subject to the voters for ratification or rejection.
