Summary of Original Version Repeal and reenact KRS 615.030 to replace the existing interstate compact relating to the child placement with the new Interstate Compact for the Placement of Children; provide that this Act is effective when the 35th state ratifies the compact or upon July 1, 2010, whichever is later; amend KRS 615.040 to conform.
