| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 218A.1437 to provide that the possession of a drug product or combination of drug products containing more than 6 grams rather than 9 grams of ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, or phenylpropanolamine, within any 30 day period constitutes prima facie evidence of the intent to use the drug product or combination of drug products as a precursor to methamphetamine or other controlled substance; amend KRS 218A.1446 to provide that no person shall purchase, receive, or otherwise acquire 6 grams rather than 9 grams of these chemicals. |
