| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 159.010 to provide that effective July 1, 2011, compulsory school attendance shall be between the ages of six and seventeen; provide that effective July 1, 2012, compulsory school attendance shall be between the ages of six and eighteen; permit parents to withdraw a child older than the required age after a counseling session with a school counselor; amend KRS 159.020 to conform. |
