| Summary of Original Version | Reviser's Bill for the 2010 Regular Session: Make legislative findings and declarations on the nature and reasons for the changes being made; repeal and reenact KRS 38.030 to ratify and confirm the General Assembly's action in enacting 2009 HB 541 without the required enacting clause; repeal and reenact and, in some cases, amend certain statutes in KRS Chapter 362, Subchapters 1 and 2, to renumber those statutes appropriately; amend various other KRS sections to conform with the renumbering of statutes in KRS Chapter 362, Subchapters 1 and 2; amend KRS 161.046, 218A.1438, and 248.725 to correct inadvertent drafting errors; repeal KRS 216B.0422, which is duplicative of KRS 216B.0445. |
