Summary Amend KRS Chapter 216B to create a definition for a medical foster home approved by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs as a residential care home for no more than three veterans; clarify that medical foster homes do not need a certificate of need nor any licensure, supervision, regulation of control by the Cabinet for Health and Family Services.
