| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 26A.160 to require that construction management fees for courthouse construction be determined by competitive bidding, with the fees capped at 5 percent of the construction contract price; prohibit a construction manager from bidding on, or having a financial interest in, subcontracts on the project for which the construction manager is performing construction management services unless there are no other responsive or responsible bidders for the subcontract. |
