Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 74.020 to allow increased membership on boards governing water districts, to include city and county representatives and ensure an add number of members; amend KRS 96.130 to allow cities receiving water or sewer services from another city's plant to appoint members to the authority governing the plant providing the services; amend KRS 96.172 to require combined plant boards to have members from cities or counties receiving sewer or water services; amend KRS 220.140 to require boards governing sanitation districts to have members from each city receiving services from the sanitation district.
