Section 1.
All e-poll book products, as defined by KRS 117.001(9), sought to be used in the Commonwealth shall be approved and certified if the examiners' report outlined in KRS 117.379(2)(c), and the State Board of Elections find that the e-poll book product meets the certification requirements outlined in Form SBE 2030, "Certification Procedures For E-Poll Book Products," 09/2022.Section 2.
