102 KAR 1:100.Insurance.
Section 1.
The Board of Trustees of the Teachers' Retirement System shall provide for members retired for service; members retired for disability; eligible spouses and eligible children of retired members as provided in KRS 161.675; and spouses receiving monthly benefits under the provisions of KRS 161.525, a medical benefit program that includes hospital room and board, drugs and medicines, doctor fees, nursing care, and convalescent hospital care.Section 2.
