102 KAR 1:130.Additional contributions.
Section 1.
The member and employer contributions for salaries paid from federal project funds or nonpublic funds shall be forwarded to the Teachers' Retirement System as provided in KRS 161.560.Section 2.
Members employed by employers covered by Section 1 of this administrative regulation may make contributions for part-time, substitute, and partial year's service as provided in Teachers' Retirement System administrative regulations for other members of the Teachers' Retirement System. Employers shall be required to make additional contributions for these employees in the same manner as provided for full-time employees.Section 3.
