CERTIFICATION STATEMENT:

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 161.340 provides for the annual election of a chairperson and a vice chairperson for the board of trustees. This administrative regulation sets the time for such election.

Section 1.

At the last meeting of the fiscal year (the fourth quarter meeting) the board of trustees shall elect a chairperson and vice chairperson for the succeeding fiscal year.
