106 KAR 1:251.Local emergency management personnel Workers' Compensation Enrollment Form.
Section 1.
Definition. "Local personnel" means the personnel specified in KRS 39C.110 and 39F.170.Section 2.
Enrollment Procedure. To enroll in workers' compensation insurance coverage, local personnel shall submit a completed KYEM Form 50 to the area manager who shall maintain a hard copy of KYEM Form 50 in the area office and promptly upload a copy of the KYEM Form 50 into the WebEOC database.Section 3.
