KRS 216A.060(2)

NECESSITY, FUNCTION, AND CONFORMITY:

KRS 216A.060(2) provides that members of the board shall receive per diem compensation to be established by administrative regulation, and that the compensation shall not exceed $120 per day. This administrative regulation establishes the per diem compensation to be received by board members.

Section 1.

Each member of the board shall receive per diem compensation of $120 for attending each board meeting or otherwise discharging their official duties of the board.
