201 KAR 7:050.Identification, proof of licensure.
Section 1.
(1)
An identification card shall be issued to each holder of a license or apprentice permit, which lists the name of the holder, along with the address of the office where his license or apprentice permit is displayed, and which he shall be required to keep in his possession at all times during the performance of his duties.(2)
