201 KAR 14:030.Five (5) year expiration of license.
Section 1.
If a license has been expired for more than five (5) years, an applicant for relicensure shall meet the requirements established in this section.(1)
A barber shall pass both the practical and written examination.(2)
To regain a probationary license, a probationary barber shall:(a)
Complete 150 additional hours in training in a barber school licensed by the board; and(b)
Pass the practical and written examinations.(3)
