201 KAR 19:230.Reexamination; reconsideration.
Section 1.
Reexamination Applicants. An applicant who failed to successfully complete the examination under the provisions of KRS 323.090 and 201 KAR 19:225:(1)
Shall be considered a new applicant for the examination; and(2)
Shall submit a new Application for Architect Registration Examination, as incorporated by reference in 201 KAR 19:220, and processing fee as established in 201 KAR 19:255, Section 2(2).Section 2.
Reconsideration of Applicants who were Denied Admission to Examination.(1)
An applicant whose original Application for Architect Registration Examination for admission to the examination was denied may request reconsideration by letter to the board with evidence that he or she has made up the deficiencies which caused the denial. A formal application or application fees shall not be required for this request if it is made within a period of three (3) years from the date denied.(2)
After three (3) years a new Application for Architect Registration Examination shall be submitted containing relative information on training and experience subsequent to the original application.HISTORY: (47 Ky.R. 612, 1544, eff. 5-4-2021.)
