201 KAR 22:140.Funding of impaired physical therapy practitioners committee.
Section 1.
(1)
An assessment fee of twenty (20) dollars shall be paid to the board by each credential holder;(2)
The assessment fee shall be waived for the biennial renewal period ending March 31, 2007; and(3)
The assessment fee shall be waived for reinstatement applications through December 31, 2008.Section 2.
The assessment fee may be used for education, travel expenses and a per diem to committee members during the normal course of committee business as assigned by the program coordinator and the executive director.(1)
Travel expenses shall be in accordance with state travel administrative regulations.(2)
