201 KAR 34:015.Examination.
Section 1.
General Requirements.(1)
An applicant for examination shall:(a)
Submit a complete LPAT 09(2009) application; and(b)
Pay the applicable fees established in 201 KAR 34:020.(2)
Once the application has been approved by the board, the applicant shall be scheduled to take the examination at the next regularly-scheduled date.Section 2.
Examination for Licensure. An applicant for licensure shall take the Art Therapy Credentials Board Certification Examination and obtain a passing score.Section 3.
