401 KAR 50:065.Conformity of general federal actions.
Section 1.
Definitions. As used in 40 C.F.R. 51.850 to 51.860, the following terms shall be defined as provided in this section:(1)
"Local air quality agency" means an air pollution control district created pursuant to KRS Chapters 77 and 224.(2)
"State air quality agency" means Environmental and Public Protection Cabinet.Section 2.
