401 KAR 60:005.40 C.F.R. Part 60 standards of performance for new stationary sources.
Section 1.
Definitions.(1)
Except as established in subsection (2) of this section, terms used in this administrative regulation shall have the meaning given to them in 40 C.F.R. Part 60.(2)
"Administrator" means the Secretary of the Energy and Environment Cabinet unless a specific provision of 40 C.F.R. Part 60 states that the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency retains authority.Section 2.
Applicability. This administrative regulation shall apply to sources subject to 40 C.F.R. Part 60. A source subject to this administrative regulation shall comply with:(1)
