780 KAR 2:010.Administration of area technology centers.
Section 1.
Administration of state-operated area technology centers shall be managed through the Office of Career and Technical Education. All services and activities shall be directly related to the statutory mission of the Education and Labor Cabinet, Office of Career and Technical Education, and the Kentucky State Plan for Career and Technical Education, as incorporated by reference in 780 KAR 1:010.Section 2.
Area technology centers shall be operated by either:(1)
The Office of Career and Technical Education; or(2)
