803 KAR 2:600.Occupational safety and health standards for agriculture.
Section 1.
(1)
"Assistant secretary" means Secretary, Education and Labor Cabinet or Commissioner, Department of Workplace Standards, Education and Labor Cabinet.(2)
"C.F.R." means Code of Federal Regulations.(3)
"Employee" is defined by KRS 338.015(2).(4)
"Employer" is defined by KRS 338.015(1).(5)
"U.S. Department of Labor" means Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet, Mayo-Under Building, 500 Mero Street, 3rd Floor, Frankfort, Kentucky 40601 or U.S. Department of Labor.Section 2.
Except as established in Section 1, the agriculture industry shall comply with 29 C.F.R.
