803 KAR 25:040.Average weekly wage certification.
Section 1.
Certification of Average Weekly Wage of the State.(1)
On or before September 1 of each year, the Executive Director of the Office of Employment and Training in the Department for Workforce Investment, Education Cabinet shall certify to the Executive Director of the Office of Worker's Claims the "average weekly wage of the state" for the preceding calendar year, pursuant to KRS 342.143.(2)
(a)
This certification shall include the mathematical calculation used in determining the average weekly wage in accordance with KRS 342.143; and(b)
