901 KAR 5:010.State registrar.
Section 1.
State Registrar of Vital Statistics.(1)
The Secretary for Health Services shall designate a State Registrar of Vital Statistics in accordance with KRS 213.026.(2)
The state registrar shall sign each certified copy of birth, death, marriage, divorce, or other vital record issued by the Cabinet for Health Services.(3)
The state registrar shall be the Director of the Vital Statistics program of the cabinet.
