Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 36.450 relating to extension of various licenses for military personnel to provide that a concealed deadly weapon license issued pursuant to KRS 237.110 is not subject to extension but may be renewed early and by mail; allow military personnel whose license expired while on active duty to renew the license within 90 days after the end of deployment with no late fees or other penalties.
