Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 344.120 to require movie theaters with five or more screens to provide access to captioned movies for deaf and hard of hearing persons; amend KRS 344.190 to require the Commission on Human Rights to review and approve available captioning technologies and set the minimum numbers of captioned showings of a movie which must be offered at each covered theater. |
