Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 7 to require the Legislative Research Commission to create a Web site to provide certain information on the expenditure of state funds; create a new section of KRS Chapter 26A to require the Chief Justice to create a Web site to provide certain information on the expenditure of state funds; create a new section of KRS Chapter 42 to require the Finance and Administration Cabinet to create a Web site to provide certain information on the expenditure of state funds; create a new section of KRS Chapter 42 to require all executive branch agencies to make financial data available to the Finance and Administration Cabinet, and to require the cabinet to give the Legislative Research Commission and the Court of Justice control over their expenditure data by January 1, 2011; amend KRS 164A.565 to require the governing boards of each postsecondary educational institution to make financial data available to the Finance and Administration Cabinet; and provide that the Act shall be known as the "Taxpayer Transparency Act of 2010".
