| Summary of Original Version | Amend KRS 216B.015 to define "pain management facility" and amend the definition of "health facility" to include a pain management facility; create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require that all pain management facilities be licensed; provide that all pain management facilities shall have a designated physician who meets established criteria and is responsible for the licensure requirements of the facility; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations related to pain management facilities. |
