| Summary of Original Version | Create a new section of KRS Chapter 278 to provide that any business in the Commonwealth of Kentucky with annual gross earnings of less than $50,000 a year shall be offered the same rate as the bundled residential or individual rate for broadband telecommunications service, notwithstanding any other provision of law and subject to the oversight of the Federal Communications Commission; amend KRS 278.5462 to conform. |
