Summary Retain original provisions except remove responsibility for oversight of construction, maintenance, and upkeep of the Iraq/Afghanistan War Memorial from the Tourism, Arts, and Heritage Cabinet; require the Iraq/Afghanistan War Memorial Committee to determine which entity will oversee construction of the memorial and perform maintenance and upkeep of the memorial; provide that the provision of staff and administrative resources to the Iraq/Afghanistan War Memorial Committee does not include reimbursement for any expense related to the committee's work.
