Summary of Original Version Create a new section of KRS Chapter 189 to require local governments that have installed speed bumps or speed humps on a roadway under its jurisdiction to denote the speed bumps or speed humps using a road sign or paint them so that they are clearly visible to persons traveling the roadway.
