Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 11A.080 to allow the Executive Branch Ethics Commission to share evidence with the Personnel Board or the Auditor of Public Accounts that may be used by those agencies for investigative purposes; amend KRS 61.102 to include the Executive Branch Ethics Commission as an agency to which an employee can report actual or suspected violations of any law or any information related to actual or suspected mismanagement, waste, fraud, abuse of authority, or danger to public health or safety; permit an employee to leave his or her assigned work area if requested by the Executive Branch Ethics Commission to appear before the commission.
