Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 512.070 to include within the offense of criminal littering a business or organization which causes any unsolicited advertising or materials to be placed on the lawn, walkway or driveway of privately owned property, or placed in a manner which permits the elements to deposit the unsolicited advertising or material onto a lawn, walkway, or driveway; permit a local government to enact ordinances that affect unsolicited advertising or materials within its jurisdiction.
