Summary of Original Version Propose to amend the Constitution of Kentucky to give the General Assembly the authority to establish by general law a process to review, approve, or disapprove administrative regulations during or between sessions and specify that an administrative regulation disapproved shall be void and unenforceable and shall not be reissued in the same or similar language for a period of one year; submit to voters.
