Summary of Original Version Amend KRS 600.020 to establish new definitions for "eligible youth," "transitional living support," and transition plan"; and amend KRS 620.140 to establish that a youth may choose, prior to his or her attaining the age of 19, to extend or reinstate his or her commitment to the cabinet to the age of 21 years old; establish duties of the cabinet related to this extension or reinstatement.
