Summary Retain original provisions except replace "certificate of compliance for the transportation of household goods" with "household goods certificate"; delete renewal provisions and court of jurisdiction for appeal of final order; require instead of permit the department to issue a certificate if an applicant satisfies certification requirements; amend KRS 281.620 and 281.50 to establish $250 fee for initial certificate and renewal.
